A Chance to Make Your Voice Heard!

This next federal election provides an opportunity for members of the PNA to vote for a leader and a party most likely to pay attention to the interests of seniors and older adults in Canada. There are a lot of issues at stake, especially given the extraordinary upheaval caused by the U.S. President.

No political party is ideal and we understand that the business of politics is messy. We also recognize that getting things done often involves compromise to get the support needed for change. Nevertheless, the PNA’s National Advocacy Committee is providing you with a series of discussion papers on relevant topics, where each of the federal parties stands, and questions you might put to your local candidates when the opportunity arises. In this way, we hope to help you decide when it comes time to mark your X at the ballot box which choice will best serve you and all older adults in this country.

Help Shape Our Future!

The discussion papers will be posted weekly here along with other resources. Feel free to share them. And write to us at advocacy@cbcpensioners.ca.
