In accordance with Article 9.1.1 of the CBC PNA Ontario Region Bylaws, the Region Board of Directors hereby gives notice of the Region Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will take place virtually on Wednesday, November 13th from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM on Zoom.
All Ontario Region members are entitled to take part. If you wish to propose an amendment to the Region bylaws, you must be a member in good standing, and have a seconder. Your proposal must be sent to the attention of Region Bylaws Committee Chair Mike Darley at ontario@cbcpensioners.ca no later than October 14, 2024.
Guest speakers are Dr. Coleman Rotstein, one of Canada’s foremost experts in infectious diseases, and Dan Oldfield, the CBC PNA National President and Representative to the Consultative Committee on Staff Benefits.
You must register to attend the AGM by emailing ontario@cbcpensioners.ca no later than November 12, 2024. Use “AGM Registration” in the subject line.
A Zoom link will be sent to all registered members in good standing on the morning of the AGM.
