Update: June 23, 2023

On June 9, a decision was released on the arbitration of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) regarding the pension surplus sharing and the cost of healthcare benefits. The arbitrator concluded that the MOA is still in effect.

We are committed to working with the unions and the Pensioners National Association (PNA) to continue implementing the MOA, including as it relates to pension surplus sharing.
